Akira Sasaki, one of our WIKITUDE API Beta Testers from Japan, has created a wonderful tutorial for the WIKITUDE API in Japanese. Mobilizy GmbH introduces enhancements to its award winning WIKITUDE Mobile AR Platform, focusing on end users and opening up an application-programming interface (API) for developers. The enhanced WIKITUDE Mobile AR Platform consists of three components:

1. WIKITUDE World Browser – The original mobile AR browser and travel guide.
2. WIKITUDE.me – Wiki-tag your world (user generated geo-tagging portal)
3. WIKITUDE API – Build your own augmented reality application.

According to there press-release they have a new strategy.
If you are interested in developing a Layer for there browser than got to http://layer.com/API and signup for a key request.

It is unclear to me what a developer can do with this key. There a no guidelines that I know of. So lets just what until next month.
